What is your hell yes? - The first thing you look for when you’re searching for a job
Salary. Not because it’s just the cash that motivates me! I just want to avoid a position that wouldn’t allow me to live.
What is your hell no? - What would make you say no without hesitation to a job
The clichés used to mask the toxic environment like “a super motivated team that will quickly become your family.”
What is your personal impact in the company? Ex: what are you concretely doing to improve the culture of your company?
I share our job offers on Slack with job networks for minority groups. So that my colleagues know I am there for them, I give a lot of my time to my colleagues for 1-on-1 conversations. During Zooms I do everything to stay attentive to the person speaking.
What is your favorite work condition (perk)?
Sabbatical periods - there was a time in my life when Stefan Sagmeister inspired me a lot.
What is the most original responsible practice of your employer?
New/Mode is an effective software for digital advocacy offered only to progressive causes nowadays. We are strict with our policy...because we work in politics! Without this practice, many bills around the world would not have been passed.
