The program is built around 60-to-90-minute individual meetings, spaced out to allow experimentation between sessions. Each conversation starts with the participant's real challenges and focuses on stepping back, clarifying priorities, and identifying concrete actions to implement right away.
Between sessions, the leader puts things into practice, adjusts and observes their behaviors in their real environment — to develop more intentional, aligned and effective leadership.
