How the 4-day week changed our lives

For those who don't know yet: last September, Boite Pac officially adopted the reduced workweek. Yes — every team member works very hard Monday to Thursday, but after that, off into a long weekend!
It sounds revolutionary written down. And in many ways it really is.
Here's a glimpse at what changed for us — and what could change for your company if you took the leap.
1. We're more focused
Knowing we have one less day forces us to set sharper priorities. We say no more often, cut what doesn't add value, and protect our deep-work blocks. Meetings get tighter, agendas get clearer.
2. We feel better
A full third day off completely changes the texture of life. Personal errands, sport, family, hobbies — they fit without bleeding into the evenings. People show up Monday with more in the tank.
3. Recruiting is easier
When the 4-day week shows up in a job ad, candidates pay attention. It's a powerful signal about how we view work, time and trust.
4. Our culture is more intentional
Moving to 4 days forced us to formalize practices we'd been winging — meeting hygiene, decision rights, written-first communication. The shorter week made our culture stronger.
