We were on our disconnect policy during the 2023 year-end recap window, so we'll move forward. Still, we feel it's too early for the big topics (our brains are still on vacation!), which is why we preferred to play interview with the Boite Pac team to ease back in.

🚀 What can we find in your 2024 development plan?

• The desire to push the inclusivity concept further across all our engagements;

• A deep-dive into gender equity, motherhood and feminism;

• Time to keep exploring well-being at work (we even have an à la carte workshop on the topic that I highly recommend!)

Make immigration easier for people worldwide. And I'd probably ask for 2 months of vacation for everyone, while I'm at it!
